In order to utilize our services, every customer must complete a customer boarding and daycare registration form, read and agree to our terms, rules, and conditions, and read and sign our waiver.

Please bring your Guest’s current medical records to resort check-in that show proof of the following:

Dog is up to date with all vaccinations which include: Bordetella (kennel cough), DHLP and Rabies and can be verified by a vet. Please have shots given at least 7 days prior to boarding. Proof of vaccinations are required at check-in.

Guest is free from fleas – pets will be inspected upon check-in/ arrival and if fleas are noticed on Guest a mandatory flea bath will be required at owner/guardian’s expense.

Guest has not recently been exposed to any transmissible illness in the past 30 days prior to check-in. Guests must have 14 days recovery from recent surgeries prior to boarding.

Dogs over 9mos. must be neutered or spayed.

All dogs entering the facility must be friendly and get along well with people as well as other dogs. Aggressive dogs are not allowed to board or daycare in the facility.

We welcome your pet's belongings, i.e. toys, blankets, etc. Please label all items with your pet's name. 

For the safety of all pets and visitors, customers' pets are required to be on leash and under control (or in a carrier) at all times on the property.
