Barks-N-Buddies Dog Resort & Play Center located in E. Plano, is seeking an outgoing, energetic, customer service oriented person who is able to work with minimal supervision and not afraid to get their hands dirty. You will help ensure that all pet parents and guests have a pleasant experience by providing a safe, comfortable and fun environment.  In this hands-on position you will be responsible for completing the daily tasks for all the pets in our care. 

Pet Care Technician – Part Time 10-15 hrs./week
Responsibilities include:
·        Interacting with Pet Parents as you check pets in/out
·        Feeding and caring for our pet guests, giving medication when necessary
·        Interacting with and conducting play times with groups of dogs
·        Monitoring each guest to ensure they have clean water and comfortable bedding
·        Cleaning rooms, mopping floors, doing dishes and laundry
·        Maintaining a clean, safe and enjoyable environment for all of our guests
·        Providing excellent customer service
Must live in the North Dallas area near Plano
Must have reliable transportation

 

6 mos.+  experience working with pets as a vet tech, kennel attendant or related field Experience preferred.

We are looking for someone to work a flexible schedule, 1 to 2 afternoons per week (2pm -7pm) and weekends.
